The McCourt Foundation’s Neurological Symposium

The 2026 Neurological Symposium returns Saturday, October 3, at the Marriott Boston Quincy Hotel, bringing together the community for a day of expert insight into neurological health. The morning session, beginning at 10am EST, will focus on Multiple Sclerosis, followed by a 12pm EST session on Alzheimer's disease. The program features leading physicians and researchers from our partner, Mass General Brigham. Across two 90 minute sessions, you’ll hear updates on Multiple Sclerosis & Alzheimer’s disease, each including a 30-minute presentation followed by a one-hour Q&A.
