The McCourt Foundation’s Neurological Symposium

The 2026 Neurological Symposium returns Saturday, October 3, at the Marriott Boston Quincy Hotel, bringing together the community for a day of expert insight into neurological health. The morning session, beginning at 10am EST, will focus on Multiple Sclerosis, followed by a 12pm EST session on Alzheimer's disease. Speakers and topics will be announced soon. Both sessions will be livestreamed and recorded, so attendees can join in person or watch from anywhere, live or on their own schedule.

Best of all, the symposium is completely free to attend, with free on-site parking available for all guests. Registration opens mid-August 2026, so stay tuned for details on how to reserve your spot.
