Runner Perks
As a participant in the 2025 Los Angeles Marathon presented by ASICS, you unlocked exclusive perks to celebrate your incredible achievement! The qualifying period for a seeded corral at the 2026 Los Angeles Marathon is January 1, 2023 - January 31, 2026.

To qualify for a Seeded Corral at the 2026 LA Marathon you must:
- Register for the 2026 LA Marathon by January 31, 2026
- Enter the name of the qualifying marathon, the date of that race, and their exact finishing time (hh:mm:ss) when registering OR
- Email solutions@mccourtfoundation.org with a copy of your finisher certificate by January 31, 2026
It is the responsibility of each participant to verify their corral placement. No exceptions will be made after January 31, 2026.
Corral A, B, C, D, or E
- You are in one of our seeded corrals which means you submitted a qualifying time during registration, are part of Team TMF or LA Road Runners.
- You will receive a bib with your Corral letter on it, which is required to enter that corral on race morning.
- You may move back to a slower corral but cannot move forward to a faster one.
- Corrals open at 5:00 AM and close at 6:40 AM. Each corral has a separate entrance marked with its letter.
Open Corral
- The Open Corral is behind the Seeded Corrals, Corral A, B, C, D, & E
- The Open Corral is for all participants not assigned to a seeded corral
- In the Open Corral, look for large pace per mile signs and line up accordingly.
- Follow runner etiquette:
- Slower runners should line up toward the back
- Faster runners should position themselves toward the front
- Stay to the sides if others are passing you
- Your official finish time is based on when you cross the start line, not gun time.
