2026 Registration

The 2026 Academy Awards and the 2026 ASICS Los Angeles Marathon were initially scheduled for the same date, March 15, 2026. A resolution has been reached, and the Oscars will remain on March 15, and the Los Angeles Marathon will now take place on Sunday, March 8, 2026. 

Participants registered before May 8 will received an email on May 8 with options to keep your registration, defer to 2027, or request a full refund. All registrations after May 8 are subject to our standard registration policy.

Registration Policy

The 2026 ASICS Los Angeles Marathon is now scheduled to take place on March 8, 2026. There are no refunds, transfers, or deferrals for any reason including an event cancellation, event conducted at a shorter distance or virtual event, or the event being rescheduled. Prices may increase at anytime.

Participants who registered for the 2026 LA Marathon before May 8, 2025 will received an email on May 8 with options to keep your registration, defer to 2027, or request a full refund due to the date change. All registrations after May 8 are subject to our standard registration policy.
