The McCourt Foundation
has the privilege of supporting the co-directors of the
Center for Neurologic Diseases at Brigham and Women's
Hospital. Dr. Dennis Selkoe of Harvard Medical School
oversees Alzheimer's disease research and Dr. Howard Weiner
of Harvard Medical School supervises Multiple Sclerosis
research. The doctors have each dedicated over 30 years to
the study of these disorders and are internationally
recognized for their original contributions to research in
their respective fields. They are both brilliant scientists
and compassionate doctors!
The McCourt Foundation pursues philanthropic donations that
will ultimately accelerate the process of discovery for
cures for Alzheimer's disease and Multiple Sclerosis by
supporting innovative biomedical research.
